Thermal insulation FR4 glass epoxy laminate fiberglass sheet is a thermosetting industrial laminate consisting of a continuous filament fiber glass material with an epoxy resin binder. It has characteristics of high strength, excellent electrical properties and chemical resistance not only at room temperature but also under humid or moist condition,and more, it has excellent flame retardant property which meets the UL94 V-0 flamability standard.The material thickness ranges from 0.1mm to 150mm, and can meed requirements for different industries, like boats, aircraft industry, as well as the electrical insulator and model making industry. The FR4 material is available in sheet shape with various thickness, from 0.1-150mm, and common size is 1020mm x1220mm.
